I’m building a site on my local computer. I have set the flag define ('JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG', true); and installed JetPack via the Dashboard.

The gallery settings (in Dashboard) doesn’t show when I’m adding media. The gallery doesn’t work on the web page either.

When I’m reading the source code I cannot find anything with jetpack. So it seems as it is never loaded.

    Any ideas?

Could you go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and make sure the modules you need are activated?

Let me know if it helps.

    Thanks!

    They are activated.
I think there is some problem with my theme…

What modules should work in debug mode? All? None?

Here is the list of modules that don’t require a WordPress.com connection, and can be used in dev mode:

    • Carousel
    • Sharing
    • Omnisearch
    • Gravatar Hovercards
    • Contact Form
    • Widget Visibility
    • Mobile Theme
    • Custom CSS
    • Shortcode Embeds
    • Beautiful Math
    • Extra Sidebar Widgets
    • Infinite Scroll
    • Markdown
    • Tiled Galleries
    • Site Verification Tools
    • Site Icon
