Jetpack is connected to another user

    The Jetpack is connected to another wordpress user, and that user was a temporary developer. How can I connect it back to my wordpress account?

    When I connect, it says “This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.”

    Otherwise, it always says”Jetpack is powering your site, but to access all of its features you’ll need to create an account.”

    Hi there!

    The error you describe is because the WordPress.com account you’re trying to use is already connected to your site so you can either manage your site from that account or connect it to another account.

    What’s the URL of the site in question?

    The URL is where show “login to another account”.
    However, how do I connect it to another account? I mean my own account.

    I meant, what’s the address of your site? Also, what’s your WordPress.com username?
