Hi @sue6080,
I don’t know if I can submit it to Cốc Cốc search engine in Vietnam, if I need to ask Cốc Cốc official, I also need to know what kind of “protocol” the sitemap generated by Jetpack is?
Jetpack wouldn’t submit to Cốc Cốc automatically. The protocol we use is XML.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello, do you mean that Cốc Cốc accepts site maps in a format other than XML?
@sue6080
You need to contact their support to confirm if they accept other formats besides XML.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Thanks, I have asked the official Cốc Cốc through FB
https://www.facebook.com/CocCocTrinhDuyet/
But I haven’t gotten a reply yet, it looks very unsure…
But I have found the official Coccoc help file in Coccoc (I don’t care to type in Vietnamese, use similar English instead)
https://help.coccoc.com/en/search-engine/robots-txt
I found this description https://i.imgur.com/Ovk32Dr.jpg
Does this mean Coccoc also accepts XML format sitemap?
Hey @sue6080,
I found this description https://i.imgur.com/Ovk32Dr.jpg
Does this mean Coccoc also accepts XML format sitemap?
This appears to me like a yes – I do also think that Coccoc accepts XML format sitemap.
You may want to reach out to their support or their public forums directly to confirm this and take the correct actions to fix your issue. I am afraid this is going beyond the [scope of our support](https://jetpack.com/support/scope-of-support/).
What we can do for you is to check that the Jetpack sitemap is well set up and working fine: if that’s so, you can post your site URL here, so I can have a look.
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:
Contact Support.
Understood, thank you for your reply
My website is the commercial version of WordPress.com,
According to the official wordpress.com website, the Jetpack included is Complete,
Is this correct?
Also, you provided this Jetpack contact support form
https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/?rel=support&hpi=1
Do WordPress.com or WordPress.org users get this support?

Hi @sue6080
Jetpack is a plugin for self-hosted installations of WordPress.
If your blog is hosted on WordPress.com, you do not need Jetpack. Its features are built-in!
You can send support requests via the link provided, if you have a valid plan subscription, you have priority support. Free Jetpack has support as well, but can take a little longer to get answered.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Its features are built-in
What does that mean?
Is WordPress.com’s built-in Jetpack full-featured?
Hey @sue6080,
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different as you can see from this prospect we’ve put together to clear out any confusion:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.com Business plans have indeed many Jetpack built-in features included.
If you have a paid WordPress.com subscription, you’re welcome to contact the support team directly via this contact form and mention this thread. Thanks!
Understand, you mean, Jetpack support for WordPress.com commercial version can be asked through this contact form,
https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If WordPress.org wants to get Jetpack support, can I only ask through this forum?
Hi @sue6080
That’s correct. Jetpack features included in your WordPress.com plan are supported via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If you have a WordPress.org site with the free version of Jetpack you can get help in this forum. Or if you have a paid Jetpack plan from jetpack.com you can contact us via this contact form instead.
Hope that helps!
Okay, I’ll summarize the Jetpack support pipeline, please help confirm, thank you!

Wordpress.org’s paid Jetpack support: https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/?rel=support&hpi=1
