Thanks for the screenshot, it helps. Your connection to Jetpack itself looks good, so the most common cause of issues like this is a plugin conflict.
I know it is less than ideal, but I’d like for you to temporarily disable all of your plugins (leaving Jetpack active), and if the problem goes away, then we can assume that there is a plugin conflict.
To narrow down which plugin is causing the trouble, enable each plugin one by one, and try to reproduce the error after each one that you activate. If you experience the problem after activating a particular plugin, you’ve likely found the culprit. I encourage you to find a replacement for that plugin, and hopefully that will solve things for you.
Let us know what you find.

Thanks for your response, as per your suggestion deactivated all the plugins except jetpack still dashboard not loading. when checking console error showing.

This 500 error means that the request is not processed properly.
We suggest checking your PHP and server logs to find out why this error happened?
If you’re not sure how to get these logs, you can check that with your hosting provider.
