Jetpack connection issue 403 xmlrpc.php file | WordPress.org

I don’t see any Jetpack plugins so not sure why the error is shown. I see Woocommerce is connected fine for extensions. We have Wordfence, and we are running through Cloudflare, but we also have Perfmatters and disabled xmlrpc.php for security. This has not been an issue before. Please advise.

Hi @fooey –

When connected to WordPress.com, WooCommerce extensions use the Jetpack Connection via xmlrpc.php file to communicate with WordPress.com. You can read more here:

Since you are blocking xmlrpc.php, the error you are seeing is displaying. However, I was able to switch your site to an alternative connection path which should fix this issue.

Let us know if the error is still appearing.
