    Hi,

For quite some time, I am getting the following error message on my blog at https://www.scconline.com/blog/

SCC Blog is not connected.: 200

There is an option to reconnect and everytime I reconnect, I keep getting the same error. Stats are off and not being recorded correctly.

XMLRPC page shows the correct message with display_errors set to off yet https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://www.scconline.com/blog/ give a connection error.

The site setup uses reverse proxy and outbound rule rewriting to route the blog url to another server and update the response accordingly. But this setup has been in place for a long time and the connection issue is being reported only for the last few months.

So it’s not clear to me as to what could be the problem. Any help in this regard would be most appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there

Firstly, can you try completely deleting and reinstalling the Jetpack plugin?

Beyond that, it looks like you’re using a Microsoft IIS server? Do you know if you have the Windows Cache Extension for PHP installed? We have some reports that this extension for Windows IIS servers can prevent Jetpack from connecting properly to WordPress.com. Please try disabling this extension if it’s enabled and see if that helps.
