I am having problems with both Jetpack Comments and Publicize.

    Issue with Comments.
I activated it, however, on the post page it doesn’t show the option for users to comment using their facebook or twitter login. Moreover, I don’t see anywhere to configure which social network I would like to have enabled or disabled for this in the configurations.

    Issue with Publicize.
I enabled the sharing buttons, but they are not showing on the website at all so I am not sure as to what this problem may be.

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

Could you check your sharing settings, and make sure that you’ve dragged services to the “enabled Services” area, and chosen where these buttons should be displayed (on Posts, Pages, Front Page, everywhere)? Do not hesitate to post a screenshot of your sharing settings here; you can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots with us.

    Hi,

I too am having problems with my comments section since about late July. I was wondering why I wasn’t receiving any comments on my blog posts and I just had a person email me to say that my comments weren’t working. My blog is: http://www.dabblesandbabbles.com.

When I try to activate it in Jetpack is says it’s activated in a message above yet the icon remains greyed out and continues to say “activate.”

    I’d appreciate any help.
