• After having issues with the visual editor (unable to see anything on the screen and nothing happens when you press the done button) – I:
    (1) reset the theme
    (2) deactivated and reactivated all plugins
    (3) cleared my browser cache

I found that when I reactivated the plugins one by one it is Jetpack that is not compatible with the Visual Editor [I use black studio tinyMCE widget and the Tiny MCE Advanced plugins].

If anyone has a fix to this, I’d love to hear it. I’d like to be able to use Jetpack again but if it comes at the cost of not being able to edit any content on the website, I’m afraid I cannot activate it!

Could you let me know what happens when you deactivate the black studio tinyMCE widget and the Tiny MCE Advanced plugins? Does one of them in particular seem to be conflicting with Jetpack?

Could you also check for Javascript errors on the page, as explained here:

Let me know what you find!

    Exactly same issue here.
Weird thing is I do have 2 domains on same hosting provider and same wp theme but I have this issue only on one of those domains. @jeherve did you have other similar report from other users?
    Thanks in advance.

@mishfdm We haven’t had any other reports I’m afraid.

Can you think of any differences between your 2 sites? Are they both configured the same way? Do you use the same black studio tinyMCE widget settings on both sites?
