• Hello, I just purchased and installed WP Easy Gallery Pro and am having trouble with the plugin. This is the gallery in question: http://www.kimmacquarrie.com/photos/peru/machu-picchu

I created a new page and added the shortcode that was provided. Only one thumbnail is coming through (how do I get them all to show up?) and when I click on the photo, I get a JavaScript error in Chrome:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘open’ of undefined machu-picchu:79
    onclick

I am running version WordPress 3.8 and WP Easy Gallery Pro 3.5.

[EDIT] I already tried deactivating all other plugins and then testing, but the issue is still happening.

  • Any idea?

Seriously? Nothing? I can’t believe I paid for the Pro version. 🙁

    Hi,

It looks like your theme does not have the required wp_head() hook to allow the javascript tags needed for the plugin to be written to the page.

You should see these two tags:

    <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-easy-gallery-pro/js/jquery.prettyPhoto.js?ver=3.4.2′></script>
    <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-easy-gallery-pro/js/EasyGalleryLoader.js?ver=3.4.2′></script>

    Hi,

When requesting support for the pro version, please submit through main website. This thread is primarily for free version.

    Thanks
