G’day Will,
What is the field type for your amount field? The plugin looks for Product fields or a Total field; if you’ve used a Number field, it won’t pick up an amount.

Hi Ross,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah I’ve definitely got a Total field in the form.
Here’s a screenshot of the form: http://www.screencast.com/t/RYgIITqims (there’s also a quantify field earlier on in the form)…

G’day Will,
Would you be able to export the form as XML and send it to my email address? (See my contact page). I’ll be able to diagnose the problem better that way. Please also tell me what field mappings you have (perhaps just a screenshot of the mappings in the feed admin screen).
From the WordPress admin, navigate to:
Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms
Then pick the form and click the download button.
cheers,
Ross

Thanks so much for the help Ross, I’ve sent an email with the attachments (XML export + screenshot).
Right, so it’s a bug in the plugin — thanks for helping make Gravity Forms DPS PxPay better 🙂
What’s happening is that I’m sending the amount with a nice separating comma for the thousands, which of course DPS don’t like. Unfortunately, they like it when I send the data, they just don’t like it when you get to the Payment Express screen on their website, so I don’t actually get an error about it.
I’ll fix it up pronto and get a new version out today. If you need to get on with test, set your product prices a little lower and put them back up later when the new version comes out!
cheers,
Ross
G’day Will,
I’ve just released v1.0.1 which fixes this problem. Thanks for the bug spotting!
