    We recently released version 6.4.7 plugin update which will resolve the above mentioned issue. Please update the plugin to the latest version.

    Good morning Kriti,

    I am having a similar issue. When attempting to view the results of individual submissions, the page is blank. I have made sure to update the QSM plugin to 6.4.7. I have screenshots of the console and error messages on the page of one of the individual results to aid in diagnosing this issue.     Hi,

    As we’re not experiencing this issue at our end so I request you to please check for plugin or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
