Each time I activate the plugin in my site it breaks WP. If I try to go to Settings- General (inside WP) it shows only half of the page and no “Save” button.
If I deactivate WP Google Mpas everything starts working again. Any ideas?

BTW, the map shows ok and everything seems to work but inside WP Dashboard things get messy.

    Hi there

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

My apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

Please advise what versions of the plugin you currently have installed?

Would it be possible for you to login to your site via FTP, and check if there’s a file named error_log, or a debug.txt file in the /wp-content folder? If so, would you mind sending me any recent errors that could be in this log so that I can investigate this further?

    Hi!

Thanks for your help! I am using plugin version 6.4.03

I have entered via FTP and no error_log or debug.txt inside wp-content in there.

You can see the website in here http://entrenadorvip.com and the map is showing ok but my WP settings disappear in the moment I activate WP Google Maps

    Hi there

Would you mind taking a screenshot of the settings page? How far does it load?

    Thread Starter pepacobos

    (@pepacobos)

    Screenshot
It shows everything until the time zone. From there nothing. Even no “Save” button. When I deactivate WP Google Maps it shows everything in there.

    Maybe another plugin conflict?
I have Contact Form 7, Genesis Simple Hooks, Genesis Translations, Page Scroll to ID, PopUp Maker and Slider Revolution.

    Hi @pepacobos

May I ask you to deactivate and activate each plugin on your site while refreshing the settings page to see if there is perhaps a conflict between one of the plugins and our plugin?

    Thread Starter pepacobos

    (@pepacobos)

I have three plugins that are somehow interfering with each other. If I deactivate any of them, the settings page works again. They are PopUp Maker, Slider Revolution and WP Google Maps. In the front end everything works as expected, it’s only the back end that is broken ….

@pepacobos – Author of Popup Maker here. Do settings simply not work, or does it result in a white screen? If the white screen can you see what is appearing in your PHP error logs, if the page just isn’t allowing you to do what it should be, then open your browser console (f12 key) and refresh, then look for any red errors. Copy them here. Be sure to use the code button to make them readable :).

The screen is not blank it is showing the contents only until half of the page (from time zone onwards I don’t see anything) I don’t even see the “Save” button so it is useless.

No errors in console. You can see the screenshot of what I see in here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByzLB89FLF51WkJ5a1czVnlkRDQ

    Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your response @danieliser 🙂

@pepacobos Would it be possible for you to login to your site via FTP and check if there’s an error log present? If so, would you mind copying and pasting the contents here so that we can look into this further for you?

    (@pepacobos)

No error log in here 🙁

    Hi @pepacobos

Please advise what versions of the two plugins that seem to be conflicting are installed on your site so that I can look into replicating this on my side?

    Hi @pepacobos

I’m going to get the above versions on a local environment, test things further and will then revert back with feedback ASAP.

My apologies for the delay in resolving this.
