Issue with publicize and images

I have some issues with images chosen when my posts are automatically published.
On Facebook, the image is usually the correct one (here : https://www.facebook.com/voiretmanger/posts/10153501959293369), but sometimes it is missing (here : https://www.facebook.com/voiretmanger/posts/10153511548643369).
The main issue is on Twitter, where the wrong image is always displayed. Instead of choosing the post thumbnail, it’s the first image inside the article that is displayed in the tweet. Like here, for instance : https://twitter.com/nicolinuxfr/status/678678980023574528
