    Hello,

    I hope you are well.

    I would like to ask if it is normal that the form message is sent before the client has completed the payment.

    On my form, the client should first enter their details, then make the payment, and only after the payment is completed should the form message be sent to me.

    At the moment, I receive the form message before the client has paid, which does not make sense for my process. The idea is to receive the payment first, and then receive the client’s details/message.

    Could you please help me fix this?

    Thanks for the question. Yes, this is normal in the free version of the plugin. If you would like to send the email after payment, our pro version has this feature.
