I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with Forminator.
The error that you have shared appears due to an expired nonce or cache issues. Upon further checks, and since you mentioned that the form on the contact page works fine.
I tried to locate another form on your website and noticed that you have added Forminator form on Elementor Popup on product pages for the “Inquiry” button. On one of those forms, I was able to replicate the issue.
For the form facing the issue, could you please check if you have the “Load form using AJAX” enabled? https://monosnap.ai/file/SvgWoDuS0vVzys4QDqGn2rvv3CqMgo if not, could you please enable it and test if that resolves the issue?
Also, in case you have any server-level caches, please ensure that you clear those before testing the form.

I have many inquiry forms on the site 😛
I will enable load from using AJAX on all of these.
I would let you know if this solves the issue. It can take a time because the customers that uses the forms will let me know.
