I’d like to use this plugin for two separate support systems on the same site. One for support requests for the web site itself. And the other for support requests related to our community grounds maintenance. If it possible to have two separate support ticket instances on the same WordPress site?

This is not possible to have multiple instances in this plugin.

Well, you can create a network wordpress and activate each plugin in each site separated
