    Hello,

    I would like to show the user IP address in the User Request Password notification email (like in the WordPress default email) but it is empty. Any idea why?

    Shortcode: [user_ip_address]

    Hi, unfortunately it’s not possible out of the box. WordPress doesn’t log IP by default.

    You can try to use this shortcode in the notification but I’m afraid the context won’t be the user session so it won’t work.
