None of my reports show IP address and city. That’s why I haven’t upgraded. Can anyone help. Also, does the upgrade show keyword search reports

Hello,

Can you please make sure the GeoIP is enabled in Statistics → Settings → External?

Also, make sure the GeoIP database is updated.

Just done all that. City is still showing as Unknown

Did you also enable the GeoIP City? both should be enabled like https://capture.dropbox.com/kz9ptSqYQFesIxI1

Strange, but it might be a conflict. We’re working on the issue, and I expect it will be fixed soon. I’ll keep you updated.
