    Hello,

    I am sending invoices to my customers using Get Paid plugin, but my customers are not receiving emails of the invoices that I am sending. I am selecting the option send email and it is showing me that the email is sent, but the customer is not receiving the email even in the spam folder.

    Hi,

    Can you please install and activate the Email Log plugin which will allow tracking emails sent by your website? If you see emails in the log then the problem can be with your SMTP server and you can reach your hosting provider to fix it.
