    At the checkout page, on my WordPress, woocommerce store. When the person placing the order checks the box “subscribe to our newsletter” it won’t let them complete the order and it pops up the top saying “invalid Mailchimp API key supplied. All the settings are fine. If they use the subscribe to newsletter at the footer that’s goes through fine. It’s just the one on the checkout page. And it’s not something that can be removed from what I’ve found.

    @khaikhais sorry to hear you’re having issues like that. This is not something we’ve ever heard before, but let’s dive right in.

    Can you please verify that you’re using our plugin which is called “Mailchimp for WooCommerce” specifically? We’ve had a few folks come to the wrong support area at times, we just want to verify.

    Second, did you set up the plugin properly and sync up your data with Mailchimp? Can you please look at the LOGS tab so you can find the most recent data being logged, and whether or not that has anything related to this error as well?

    What’s concerning here is that our plugin doesn’t actually do anything until all the WooCommerce actions have been executed – and we’re literally reacting to the SUCCESS events, then queuing up a job in the background to send the data over. This sounds as if you may have another plugin conflicting somehow.

    Hi, yes, I’ve been using the correct plugin for about 5 months and no issues. It’s just been recently it’s happened.

    It does show errors in the log as well. Says the requested resource could not be found. Tried to add a screenshot here but wouldn’t allow
