• Hi Team,

We’re exploring a solution for engaging with referrals better. Basically, we walk out of client meetings sometimes with a list of 20 friends and family members that the client thinks would benefit from our services. In the past we would draft up a letter and mail it on behalf of the client. So the letter would be addressed from the client to the prospect. This is outdated.

I would like to do something similar but with email. I was thinking of creating something that would basically be a webpage where a client (or us) could visit a page, and enter the following information:

Client/Referrer’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address
List of their friends/family members First Name, Last Name, and Email address
    Personalized message.

Then those names would be added to our infusionsoft system as leads, with proper referral field set. Then we would send out an automated email which would take the clients personal message and put it before some predesign content which would then be sent out to the emails that were entered in the list. The email would come from the client/referrer’s email address (not from site).

Is this something you can help with?

    we have some more query.

I’ve created some basic wireframes of with some conditional logic on the pages. Basically offering the referrer the ability to send one message to everyone, or send personalized messages to each referral.

Email content: I’m not sure if I want to add additional content to the referrers email message, such as some info about Truvium, banners & links to important content etc below the message the referrer creates. I’m not sure if the email should look like a plain text email created in outlook, or if it should be HTML and have additional content below the clients message. Thoughts?

Did you get a chance to look into the other questions I had?

Hope to hear from you soon,

    Thanks
