Integrate with Front-End Users & more

I purchased both Front-End users and Order tracking to hopefully work together and make a custom solution; before I dig too deep into it I’d like to make sure what I want to do is possible.
Our customers have multiple orders, and will be logging in on a regular basis to check status. I would like the customer to be able to log in (with the user created in Front-End users) and see a list of orders over a period of time, and to click on that order to see detailed status (same kind of info in order tracking with a few custom fields added).
When customers DO search for orders, I don’t want them to mistakenly bring up orders that do not belong to them.
Also, I would like similar access for Sales Reps to be able to log in and see all the orders that correspond to them; assuming when I upload order files each order will have a user and a sales rep assigned to them.
