Thanks for reaching out. We do not currently have a filter or action available however this is a great feature request and I can add this to our board. Unfortunately, no timeline for if/when something might get released but we can follow up if we’re able to add this to a future release.

@klaviyo I have a similar query.
We have a custom field “role” during our checkout process. We would like to segment based on the role. Is there a way to get this into klaviyo as a segment?
@klaviyo This is a very important feature. Including birthday when signing up at a shop is the most basic function that should be implemented in a plugin for Email Marketing….

Thanks so much for reaching out. Klaviyo’s plugin does support collecting birthdays when someone subscribes to a shop (just not during the checkout process).
Our plugin comes with a widget which allows for quick and easy addition of a Klaviyo form. These forms are designed and built within Klaviyo and can be added to your store through the widget. Klaviyo forms support numerous field types including dates so you can collect your customers’ birthdays with ease. More information can be found on how to create Klaviyo forms using the form builder here.
Once you’ve created the form in Klaviyo just add it using Klaviyo’s widget “Klaviyo: Email Sign Up”.
