Installed Plugin But not working on Live

    I installed myself in on staging environment. Its worked but not working on live environment. I am stuck on this User account and enrollment not working for me. Where as on staging its fine.
    My version on Live Site is Version 4.9.5. I cleared cache and restarted apache server. And but what i found hooks on plugin is not working. Token is same on moodle. Can you help us on this?
