We fixed this with the newest Update of Blog2Social Version 5.6.1.
With Blog2Social 5.6.1 we optimized the post templates for your social media networks. The new post templates allow you to customize the general structure of your social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram according to your preferences
You can now save your individual layout settings as default and use them to share your social media posts faster and individually tailored to each network.
Just update your Blog2Social version and let us know if you have further questions.
i just update to version 5.6.1 and WP to 5.2.2 but problem persist. Facebook work normally, but Instagram don’t post text but only the image.
How can i resolve?
can i try to remove plug in and reinstall it?

thank you for your feedback. Yes you can re-install Blog2Social safely. To do this, click on “Plugins” in your WordPress backend and deactivate Blog2Social. Please do NOT check the box saying „Delete scheduled posts“, otherwise your planning will be deleted. Deactivate and then delete the plugin.
Then click on „Plugins“ -> „Add new“ and install the latest version of Blog2Social and activate it.
Furthermore, if you have posted a picture with a comment and hashtags to Instagram and only the images is published on the network, you might have used too many hashtags. The text of your post will not be posted if there are more than 30 hashtags on a single photo/video. Even if significantly more hashtags, emojis or special characters are posted than normal text, Instagram may not post your comment.
Please, go back to your Blog2Social one-page preview and reduce the number of hashtags you have used before or extend the description of your post.

i try to remove it and reinstalled but problem persist. i usually use near 20 hashtag in my post, but never more.
Who have the same problem? Only me?

Please keep in mind that Instagram allows no more than 30 Hashtags.
If there are more than 30 hashtags on a single photo, the comment will not be posted.
Even if significantly more hashtags, emojis or special characters are posted than normal text, Instagram may consider this to be spam and omit the text.
Please keep in mind that some words or hashtags may not be allowed due to Facebook rules or country restrictions.
in this post i’ve add my text as comment. I try to insert only text “test post” without hashtag but dont work

Thanks for the test post.
Please don’t try to post obvious test messages.
When you try to post, Instagram checks your message text. If you try to post something like „test post“ they are likely to flag this as spam and don’t let it post.
Please try to post a normal text but without any @handles or Hashtags and let us how is this works for you.

When you posted the post without text
you had already posted twice just a little bit earlier:
If you post too frequently, your posts can be regarded as spammy by Instagram and thus they will delete the text. Please make sure to not post too many images at the same time.
guys, I am using a web platform instead B2Social to post to instagram.
i just try with different text without @ and # but dont work.

Instagram has a very complex algorithm for monitoring shared posts in relation to content and posting behavior. Instagram aims to ensure keeping communication on the network on a personal and human basis. The Instagram algorithm can be triggered by varying indicators, regardless whether you post automatically or manually.
It can happen, that posts are locked or temporarily blocked, when too many posts are shared in a relatively short time, or if any other Instagram filter mechanism is triggered.
Even, if you can still login and post manually. To avoid too many posts in too short a time, please make sure to share and schedule only one post at a time.
