insert excell data automatically base on excel date field

I post information which is date related. Each post draws custom info froma csv or excell file. Each post posts ON the date in the date field sat 12:05AM. For example… Post dated today’s date (corresponds with date field in excell data inf) On this Date), the information for field (1) is (A), the information for field (2) is (B), etc for 16 fields. The post is published based on the date found in the same spreadsheet (record). How can I do this. It is several hundred dates and each date is a unique post posted on that date.
