Inner page background color and alignment

Hi there,
I really like this plugin but I can’t get the inner pages to display correctly. I’m not good with code and have tried various ones in the header/footer part in the settings but it won’t work. I tried different themes, some worked and some didn’t.

Basically the background colour disappears and the alignment is wrong. I looked through the forum and couldn’t find the solution.

I want to buy the pro version but I just need to get past this hurdle. Sorry for asking and I know you get annoyed with such questions but I just need some help to fix it.
