• Hello guys,

In the post edition, an information board is appearing: https://prnt.sc/w8pie1
This board does not disappear. I click on it, click outside it, but it doesn’t disappear.
When I hover the mouse outside the browser, that information board disappears. But when I hovered the mouse inside the browser, the board appears.
This is disturbing me because below it has the button to add widgets, but I can’t click on that button.

    How to remove this?

    Thank you!

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/ or https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ for more information.

I managed to find the plugin that caused the problem. Thank you for your help!

By the way, this “Health Check” plugin doesn’t work. When activating the debug mode of this plugin, all are automatically disabled and the problem disappears. So I activate all the plugins and continue without the problem. That is, the plugin masks the problem.
I had to disable plugin by plugin in normal mode (without this “Health Check” plugin enabled) and managed to find the plugin that caused the problem.

    Thanks again for the help.
