I believe if the recaptcha is wrong, the page is loaded again but comment text should be there also.
Please go to General Options, find this option: “If wrong or empty response”, and then choose to show WordPress error page, this way the commenter can just press Back and resubmit without having to re-type anything.

If you get the recaptcha wrong the page is reloaded and the user needs to re-type their whole comment – which is quite annoying. If this normal?
