• I’m trying to use the plugin mp3 jPlayer to create a playlist on my wordpress site with mp3s from a specific folder on my FTP. So the plugin is supposed to read out the folder automatically and then create a playlist from them and show it on the site. The problem is, that I can’t get the path to the folder right. I’ve tried so many different combinations (with “http://”, without, etc…..). It just doesn’t work. I’ve also googled it but couldn’t solve it yet.
    I get this error:

Unable to read or locate the foldermp3-jplayer ……. check the path and folder permissions.

The folder where the files are, is in the root directory of the wordpress installation (where wp-admin folder etc. is located)

Would be great if you can help me!

Are you definitely writing the path as a local path from the root of the domain? so if the directory was for eg:

    http://mydomain.com/somefolder/WPinstall/

    then you’d write:

    FEED:/somefolder/WPinstall

Let me know if it’s still not working.

    We still have the problem:

Unable to read or locate the foldermp3-jplayer http://www.ludwigsingt.de/wp-content/uploads/mymusic check the path and folder permissions.

    Same in the Widget:

    A folder: /wp-content/uploads/mymusic
Folder not found, check path and permissions

Please help to get thin in order.

Thanks alot for the great AddOn wich works fantastic (exept for the folder issue)!
