Inconsistent results

Hi, Some sites I look after recently got a virus. I used BSR to find and delete JS scripts the virus added. When I perform a BSR search now, it is still finding a number of these scripts, but when I query the database through PHP MyAdmin, the search is coming back clear. All results are found in the wp-options table. Any idea why BSR is finding things that an sql query is not?
