Thanks @nidhi.r.kalra. I added this as a group library and tried to import it. It did not work.
That is good since I know then it is something on the wordpress side. Though I am not completely satisfied even though I know this… π
Why is this thread marked “resolved”? Should we start a new thread for the problems we’re having?
My library is public and “publish entire library” is checked, but it still won’t import.
I tried again and I got the message that my library had imported — but that there were zero citations.
Yeah, me too. Would love to use Zotpress, but I get a “There are no citations to display” message when I try to import my library. Using WP 3.5.1, Zotpress 5.0.7.

I’ll be working over the next few weeks on isolating the problem with lborgman’s help. Unfortunately it’s the end of the semester, so my time is limited. Some things you can try in the meantime:
– Make sure your server has cURL, fopen with Streams (PHP 5), or fsockopen enabled.
– Make sure your library has been made public on the Zotero side.
I’ll try to work out a fix as soon as I can!
Hi, just to add a datapoint I’m having this same problem with my library import. Have confirmed that cURL is running on my server and library is public. Using WordPress 3.5.1, Zotpress 5.0.7.
Thanks!
Same here with “There are no citations to display” message. It was working three days ago, but became unstable and then not working at all. Have the API at the Zotero side changed?
After a few trials, I report that in my case, the collections/folders can be imported/synced to Zotpress, BUT NOT with the items.
Does it mean the problem is beyond “cURL, fopen with Streams (PHP 5), or fsockopen enabled”?

@hanteng Yes, looks like it’s not a problem with reading external data. I’ll see what I can do! Stay tuned.

Everyone, feel free to try out 5.0.8 — let me know if you’re still encountering this issue.
Woo hoo! Thanks, that’s fabulous.
One thing I don’t get, is what it means to import a collection – that seems to just create the folders matching the collection, with no content…have I missed something…?

Nope, that’s exactly right. π
Unfortunately, it is still not working for me. I am getting a new error “Sorry, but there was a problem importing items: There are no HTTP transports available which can complete the requested request.” I am working with this group library http://www.zotero.org/groups/books_to_be (147195). Everything is in folders nested within other folders. I put in an item not in any folder but received the same message. I receive this error when I click either import everything or import items.

It sounds like you don’t have one of the required import features configured on your server — I can take a look, feel free to contact me: http://katieseaborn.com/contact
