Import Fixtures

    I am currently trying to import old seasons of my league into Sportspress so that all can have the game history of our league in one location.

    I imported 50+ fixtures with no problem and added them to season “2016” in competition “Regular Season”.

    Later on I tried to import 7 fixtures into a new competition “Playoffs” and it doesn’t work. I go through all the steps to import and it appears to work fine, i.e. it tells me my 7 events were imported, but when I click “view events” the new events are not there.

    Am I trying to do something that’s not possible? Any ideas why this isn’t working?

    Did you create the Playoffs competition in Sportspress beforehand? Also, was the date format you imported correct?

    Yes I had created the Playoffs competition beforehnd – I created two events manually and they both worked. It was after that I tried importing the other 7 that failed.

    I used the date format that was specified in the sample .csv folder that was downloaded from Sportspress.

    Its just you can choose the date type on the import screen before you click the import button. Make certain they match. After that Im out of ideas 🙂
