Sorry to hear that. Please note that, BetterLinks is still in initial stage of the development.
Anyways, regarding links not showing, I suppose it’s happening because REST API is blocked on your site. It could happen if you are using any security plugin it might block the REST API. Can you please crosscheck whether REST API is blocked or not?

Can you please check whether your the REST API is blocked from somewhere else or not (ie. .htaccess file)?
You can also try changing your permalink settings & check back.

I already used APIS from google or facebook, Twitter without any problems. permalinks I don’t touch, can be dangerous 🙂

How to bring plugin to again importing? Deinstalling+Installing didn’t

It’s really difficult to say without proper investigation. By the way, have you already tried checking for plugin conflicts? You can also try changing your Theme to a default on as well. If that doesn’t work, if you are seeing any error in your browser console, please share that with us.

Sure I could check also this but I have to know how to bring you plugin to start importing again which you just don’t answer for the 3 time 🙁

Hope you’re doing well. To start importing again, Can you please deactivate and reactivate the plugin again and recheck? Since it was showing an empty list initially that’s why we suggested the mentioned methods to solve the issue.
Also, can you please try to create a new link and check whether it’s working or not just for the test purpose?

Thank you, both have 678 links but better links only woth your test link added so, some 1 link has to fail, I don’t know hot to find it. Can I somehow sync his both?
Would you short describe what have you done?

Regarding finding any links with errors, we are currently working on to bring the Broken Link checker to detect 404 errors of your Links. But it will be available in PRO version.
