Can you provide more specific information from your host on what issue they saw with Photon on your site?
Hotlinking protection on a server can disrupt Photon. Do you happen to be using anything like that on this site?
Also, we are still seeing a connection issue with galerieimbert.com:
The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error - HTTP status code was not 200 (403)
This means that when Jetpack tries to make a request, your server returns the 403 error, which indicates a security block.
Can you ask your host to check the server logs to see what’s generating the 403 error message?

Here is what my host said
Jetpack’s IP range was part of the blocked IP addresses in your iThemes Security plugin. I have now removed it from WP Admin -> Security > Settings > Banned Users and Jetpack should be able to connect successfully.
