    My Jetpack keeps disconnecting!
    I have contacted my host and here is their reply

    please contact Jetpack Support and enquire what IP address and on what port the connection is made, so we can double-check.

    For the site in question, did you mean galerieimbert.com?

    If so, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:

    Yes, I can see the xmlrpc.php file

    yes i deactivated the plugin that seems to be causing a problem

    my hosting provider by default installs Jetpack

    Here is the error message I am getting now

    We tested galerieimbert.com’s Jetpack connection, and it is looking good now.

    Also, we viewed your site, and were able to see the Jetpack Share Buttons on your Front Page and on your posts, like this one:

    To confirm, are you not seeing Jetpack Share buttons somewhere on your site where you should?

    When you saw this error, did you have the Storefront Product Sharing plugin activated?

    If so, there was a related issue about that, but it should have been addressed in a subsequent update.

    Is all software up-to-date on your site?

    The way icons are displayed in the sharing buttons should not be affected, but we are aware of the message and should address it in a future update.
