Hello @monkeyman79,
Thank you for using Direct Stripe.
I couldn’t reproduce an issue with the image option, except I realized the loading spinner is set too early, I will fix that in next version.
Could you explain what happen after you click the Select image button ?
Do you have images uploaded in the WordPress library ?
Best regards,
Nico
When I click select image it pulls up the image library (I have images already uploaded). The spinner keeps going (doesn’t stop). I select an image, hit “use media’ but when I scroll back down to the ‘Modal form logo / image’ section no image is uploaded. I also checked the stripe button on my website and it definitely does not have an image uploaded (get an error message saying logoUrl (http://empty/) failed to load.”
I’ve tried this several times over and the image never seems to upload. Any ideas?
Hello @monkeyman79,
Thank you again for using Direct Stripe.
I still couldn’t reproduce this issue.
Is the loading spinner stopping after you click the use image button in the WordPress library popup ?
Id the “Saved” green popup showing to ?
Could you make sure to click a background area of the page after the image has been loaded in the options and see if the image is saved ?
Is the website loading over https ?
I hope this will help.
Best wishes,
Nico
Hey Nicholas – Still having trouble with this! Is there a good way for me to share a screencast or something with you to show you the issue? Is there somewhere I can upload images or video that will allow you to view the problem?
Hello @monkeyman79,
I’m sorry you still have trouble uploading images.
You can look for an add-on of your browser in order to record your screen and share it to illustrate the issue.
Could you also try to load the image with the browser’s console opened ? ( https://documentation.concrete5.org/tutorials/how-open-browser-console-view-errors ) And then share the messages that are printed in the console.
Could you also answer the last message questions ?
Best wishes,
