Reviews

Fantastic Plugin, great developer

Direct stripe is the best stripe plugin! I tested a number of different ones and when I got to Direct Stripe my search was over.
It’s super easy to setup, can send out email confirmations, supports subscriptions and really anything you need.

I had a question that was related to my special theme and Nico answered it quickly and resolved the problem right away.

Highly recommended!

Doesn’t appear to work

Plugin doesn’t appear to work in either test mode or production mode. No connection errors and stripe is recording the new user and credit card. Just doesn’t run the transaction. No notification from plugin or logging on plugin end.

The Paypal Killer

Yes, this plugin is the Paypal Killer. It combines the security and fair cost of Stripe with the ease of use of Paypal buttons (e.g.: pay now, basket and donation buttons). If you want to leave Paypal because you don’t accept their policies and higher costs, open a Stripe account and install this plugin.

It offers for free, what several plugins are charging for (especially the donation and subscription features).

There are many fine tuning tricks outside the GUI, check out the support forum, you may find your answers. 4 stars only because there is room for improvements, yet it is very powerful now.

Super Plugin

Easy to setup and use plugin and what a great price ! Also Stripe is great as I was able to follow through the issues by going to Stripe account and looking at the Logs. Very helpful and fast way to find out why it’s not working.
