Hi there, just to clear things up a bit with your post, you have 2 issues, right?
1) Certain icons on the customer chat box appear as blocks instead of actual icons.
2) You want to remove the ‘Facebook’ icon from being next to the chat bubble.
Regarding point 1, this is related to the version of font awesome your site and our plugin are running. We’ll be making a release to fix this soon.
About point #2. To remove this icon you need to go to your ‘Live Chat > Settings > Chat Box > Social > Facebook URL’ and remove the URL from the textbox. This will make the icon disappear from your site.
By the way, there is no such thing as PRO. The latest version/s of the plugin are completely free. There are no paid versions. May i ask why you think there’s a ‘PRO’ version?

Hello, first of all there is no pro version. The free version has all features enabled for everyone.
1) This is a know problem and it’s related to Font Awesome v4 conflicting with Font Awesome v5 that probably you have enabled in your wordpress theme. We’re migrating to v5 and we expect to release in a few days. This will solve your issue.
2) If you don’t enter a Facebook url in Chat Box -> Social, the icon doesn’t appear.

That’s great the problem will be resolved soon, yes I’m on the FA v5 at the moment so great I decided to ask the question here:)
Regarding facebook, there is not possible to leave the field blank. I tried before with hashtag and leaving it blank but if the field is blank after saving default facebook link appears back again.
When replaced with custom one, the custom one can’t be deleted. So there is an issue with this field I think. I have deleted browser cache so this is not the issue tried on different browsers too.

I’ve tried to use any other image without success.
I’ve read in above about Font Awesome v4 conflicting with Font Awesome v5. I don’t understand that. What is it about?

Did you try clicking on “Select Default Icon” and then saving the settings? See if that works for you. (It’s under Settings -> Chat Box -> Icon)
Regarding Font Awesome set, there might be an incompatibility with some themes which are already using this so there’s an option to disable it under General Settings -> “Enable Font Awesome set”. It is basically a font which consists of icons. It is widely used in themes/plugins.

Second, yes I’ve already tried every icon and clicking on “Select Default Icon” with no success. Today I’ve disabled Font Awesome set and nothing has changed.
Any suggestions? Do you need any data to work around?
