Hi there, @creativecore2024,
This is the Jetpack Boost forum, that is more about the Boost fetaures, however it’s still something we can handle here as Boost is still part of the Jetpack features (even if you don’t have it enabled!)
I have deleted the file from our servers as requested. Please allow some time for the changes to fully propagate, then clear your site/browser cache before checking on the URLs.
If they still appear online at your end, do let us know and we’ll check on them again for you.
****
Since I was checking for the URL to delete, I also checked your Jetpack connection, and I found out that there is a block at your server end that’s preventing the connecting from working as expected.
If you’re happy to take action on it and restore a working communication between your site and Jetpack, there are a few things to can do:
- check with your host that our IPs range is in the allowlist;
- check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled, and try temporarily disabling them to see if it fixes the problem.
- search for any firewall on your server-side that might be blocking the communication with the xmlrpc.php file – your host should be able to help you with that.
Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary. Thanks!
Hi there, @creativecore2024,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
