I am keep getting this fake error

Before you start this Automation, verify that your store is up to date.

Hi @gladiator121, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. It sounds like you may need to perform a fresh uninstall and reinstall in both Mailchimp and your site. Here’s what we recommend doing from here:

    – Deactivate and delete the plugin from the WordPress plugin admin area
    – Confirm that your store is disconnected from the Mailchimp Connected Sites area. If it isn’t, manually disconnect it
    – Download the latest plugin from WordPress or directly inside the WordPress plugin admin area by searching for Mailchimp for WooCommerce
    – Activate the plugin
    – Follow setup instructions in the plugin to sync your store with a Mailchimp Audience

Would you care to go through that process first and report back? I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello @khungate ,

I followed exactly what you said. This process did not fix the problem!.

@gladiator121 can you please confirm the version of the plugin that you’re installing? 2.4.1 should be the correct version.

Are you able to set up the plugin, but in Mailchimp it’s showing something different?

Can you please confirm whether or not you’re able to start the sync on the plugin’s end?

We’ll be able to point you in the right direction.

@gladiator121 ok – everything looks fine to me. You’re right that’s super strange.

Have you reached out to your support at Mailchimp yet? With everything you just showed us here, everything is set up properly and I would wonder if there’s something that support could do to help you out.

Here at the plugin team that’s really about all I can say – tell support that Ryan said this looks good to go from our standpoint – and to please look into how this on their end. You might have an “older store” connected to the API that needs to be deleted and possibly confusing the Mailchimp UI? Not really sure there.

After i contacted the technical support, they successfully fixed the issue.
for anyone who is facing the same issue, here how to fix it.
The warning message does not related for why you can’t start sending.

Lol, it was with the emails themselves. The character count of the emails exceeded the limit.

When i edited the mails, the problem was fixed.

Thank you Rayan for your help 😛
