Hustle Stopped Working

    About a month ago this successful popup we had just stopped working. I created a dev site and turned off ALL OTHER plugins and set theme to Twenty Nineteen and it still happens. I even completely deleted and reinstalled the plugin. The Pop-up form submits successfully but on the back-end the email list is empty and it says there are no conversions. Database tables are empty, too. We have no integrations turned on, just downloading CSV.

    Hi @christiemade,

    Could you go to Hustle > Popups click on gear icon next to your popup and export it from there.
    Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and share the download link here so we can give it a test on our end.

    Hello @christiemade

    Thank you for sharing the popup.

    I’ve imported it to my test site (just Twenty Nineteen theme and Hustle) and tested there. All the submission are added to the internal e-mail list for me and I can get them from “Hustle -> Email List” after selecting the popup.

    The conversions, however, are at 0 and this is caused by the popup tracking being disabled. You can enable it by clicking on a little “gear” icon next to “Edit” button for the popup on the popup list and then on the “Enable Tracking” option in drop-down list.

    You mentioned that you check the database and the “tables are empty”. These submissions should be stored in the _hustle_entries_meta table. Did you check this one and is it empty? I just want to make sure 🙂
