Hi @parhamm,
You can use the non-HubSpot form feature, which captures submissions from any form on your website, and any plugin that is compatible.
I’ve just tested this scenario using Profile Builder and it works really well, but I’m sure many others will work fine. Make sure your non-HubSpot forms setting is on (Settings -> Forms -> Non-HubSpot Forms) and follow the steps of Profile Builder to set up the registration form. Every user that registers will be automatically added to your CRM.
You can read more around non-HubSpot forms here

I see. I am familiar with the Profile Builder plugin by Cozmos. So in this case, does the parent plugin that accompanies Profile Builder, called Paid Member Subscriptions need to be installed or can Profile Builder run independent of that?
I am also come across another free membership plugin called https://simple-membership-plugin.com/. Is the general idea that this can also be used in a similar way as Profile Builder and feed registrants into Hubspot CRM?
Any plugin that creates a subscription form can be used, as long as it
- creates a static HTML form
- is wrapped in HTML form tags.
- is not in an iframe.
- has a “type=email” input field.
I can’t get the plugin you liked working, so I can’t confirm whether it’s compatible or not
Thank you for your reply. You mean you actually tried installing the plugin https://simple-membership-plugin.com/ and it did not integrate with Hubspot?
As for Profile Builder, is your experience with that plugin that is needs to be the paid version or does it work with the free version?
Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately, simple-membership-plugin does not integrate with HubSpot, as they don’t use type=text instead of type=email.
I have tested Profile Builder free and it integrates with HubSpot.
