    Hi, I noticed when an email goes out to my customer, it’s signed off by Store Name. I tried to edit the email template here /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email&section=fr_email_refund_requested by typing the company name here

    However the save changes button is greyed out and it won’t let me save it. can you help?

    The issue turned out to be simpler than I initially thought. You need to change the email editing mode from HTML to a different mode. Once you do that, you’ll be able to edit the email content directly in the editor.
