Uploading an input file results in the URL having https at the start, but also that ‘there was an error extracting data from the .csv file’.

Manually changing the URL to http and the file can be read ok.

Is there something wrong with our SSL configuration perhaps, or an issue with the plugin?

Sorry no, I don’t see anything relevant there.
It worked ok before, but now that the URL created by uploading the csv file is https the plugin seems unable to find it.

    Hi,

It worked ok before, but now that the URL created by uploading the csv file is https the plugin seems unable to find it.

So you are saying that before you set up your site to use SSL, the plugin worked? Is this correct?

    Yes that’s correct.
Uploading a csv results in https in the file URL. We have to remove the s or the plugin can’t read or find the csv.

    Hi, just a bit curious.

Did you try a plugin conflict test? If you haven’t, can you deactivate all of your other plugins, then try again? If this does not fix your issue, can you also check the server log files? Perhaps they might reveal some information about this. Or perhaps enable debug mode in your site and check to see if any errors show up.

    Regards
