Side Bar not showing

Hi Im using the portfolio plugin the my blog but the side bar is not showing nor the on the categories page and then on the post page their is a post navigation text appearing and the copyright info is missing, i cant figure out whats wrong I do have bootstrap installed on theme any help would be appreciated
