    Hello Kostas,

I can not speak for the Push Monkey guys, but the Roost Web Push plugin will have support for Chrome push notifications in just a few days.

What is really cool about this is that it will support multiple OSes, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.

On Android it acts and feels just like push from native apps. It’s pretty slick. On versions 5.x it even shows on the lock screen.

If you want to try push notifications in Chrome today, we have a test page on the Roost site.

If you have any questions hit us up at support@goroost.com

Would like to hear your thoughts.

    Hey Kostas,

Sorry for the late reply. We’ve been talking with Matt Gaunt ( Google developer relations ) and are working on adding Chrome push notifications to Push Monkey.

Right now we can’t give an exact release date as we want to update all our features to work with Chrome notifications + maybe add some new ones.

We do however agree with Dan and Roost that notifications on Android are really cool! iOS has some catching up to do. We are also waiting on Firefox to make a move.

We will send out an update our blog and the plugin when the monkeys learn how to push on Chrome as well.

Thank you for your interest in Push Monkey,

    Thanks, both of you.
