I tried zipping a html5 advert folder but it comes to 900kb and so the system wont let me upload as limit is 512kb. Can this be changed? It seems cumbersome to have to upload all the separate files and not sure what files need to be uploaded. Plus, when trying to upload the js files it says error and wrong file type.

I tried a smaller zip file fro a different html5 banner but after uploading it under ‘Manage Media and Assets’ it didnt seem to extract any of the files and nothing was selectable when creating a new advert?

Adverts should be small, tiny even, a 900kb advert (zipped!) slows your site down and affects your seo.

AdRotate supports all common types of javascript files, this is determined by the mimetype.
If you’re using a non-standard variant I can add support if need be, but you can also re-save the file, through ‘save as’, from your favorite text/code editor. This’ll likely work around the incompatibility as well.

If you look in the Manage Media dashboard, is the advert visible there after you upload it? And if it is, what does that look like? Are the files nested several folders deep for example?
