how use different sidebar with different menu?

Hi,
I added sidebar:

and put next menu:

The problem is when I go out with widget. Then menu changed for only one menu.
I have two menu: Hydorflex and Hydroflex_Eng.

Hydroflex is for Polish version and Hydroflex_Eng is fo English version.

How seperate these menu?
