Assuming this is just the general WordPress post editor, you an find a button in the toolbar which says ‘MaxButtons’. Clicking that will allow to add a button to the post / page.
The other options is to copy the shortcode (e.g. [maxbutton id=x]) to the page. After saving the page you should see the button on your page.
